Signed book giveaway

April 13, 2009

I had the pleasure of meeting the very lovely Kate Jacobs, bestselling author of The Friday Night Knitting Club, Knit Two and Comfort Food at my local bookstore last week.

Kate spoke to the audience, answered questions about being a writer and read an excerpt from her novel Comfort Food, which is now out in paperback. I wrote a review of Comfort Food almost a year ago and really enjoyed the book and was excited to be able to meet her. If you are a fan of Kate Jacobs, you’ll be happy to hear that Kate is in the process of writing two new books, one of which will be about a mother/daughter relationship.

crazyhairday & kate jacobs 021

She was also sweet enough to sign three copies of Comfort Food, which are now up for grabs!

For your chance to win one of the signed copies of Comfort Food, just leave a comment below.

If you’d like to increase your chances, mention this giveaway on your own blog or Tweet about it on Twitter (Win a signed copy of Comfort Food by Kate Jacobs! http://tinyurl.com/ccqpec) for an additional entry.

This contest is open to US and Canadian readers only. You have until Sunday, April 19th at 9 p.m. EST time to enter. I will announce a winner next Monday the 20th  Good luck!
